The Cherry Leaf Roller (Caloptilia serotinella) is a moth of the Gracillariidae family.
The caterpillar generates the force required to roll leaves by stretching the silk strands it fixes between opposable plant surfaces.[1] It is commonly referred to as the cherry leaf roller. It comunitates by either scraping, plucking, and vibrating.[2]
